Held off writing a review until I had a decent time to ride it and have to say I'm extremely impressed! At first I was leaning towards the much cheaper Mate X, but after reading all about their problems and cheap Mate quality, and the fact that most riders end up spending big to try to make their bikes look like Billys I decided to bite the bullet and go the more premium Enki. The belt drive is smooth like butter and the build quality is second to none. Every part of this bike has been considered and the smile on my face every time I ride shows. Range is very good, and the hand polished finish is amazing. I have never encountered any error codes or overheating even on big rides when pushing it hard. Maintenance required is very low. It's easy to tension the belt and keep the tire pressure right for the road. Basically keep it clean and it'll run perfect. Great e-bike.

What can I say, this thing is incredible! I was researching ebikes for a while and came across Enki. Everything from the parts to the handbuilt frame to the ride quality is superb. John in their customer service team went above and beyond to help me out. Don't bother with the other cheap bikes, my Billy is worth every penny. Highly recommended.
